We were asked to come out and clean up some subdivision lots that hadn't been cleaned in several years. The owner had had a bulldozer on site and didn't like the time it took to get rid of brush piles or the look it left on his property. He didn't want to leave the lots completely bare so we left several trees on each lot so the new home owners could decide what they wanted to leave. Owner/developer was so pleased with the work that just a few weeks later called us back to clear up even deeper into the lots!
